While it offers some notable video conferencing features with attractive customization options, the Webex platform doesn’t provide a comprehensive set of webinar features.

The enterprise-grade software offers simple scheduling, screen sharing, real-time captioning, recording, customizable layouts, and a high degree of security.
And of course, Meet is perfectly integrated with all of Google’s products including G Suite, Gmail, and Google Calendar.
What’s the downside?
Google Meet isn’t designed for traditional webinars with all the bells and whistles — it’s purely a high-end video meeting program similar to Zoom.

Google Meet Summary
Google Meet is one of Zoom’s biggest competitors and may be the single best option if you want to jump on a live video chat.
Of course, free software is only as valuable as the features it provides and AnyMeeting Webinars have plenty:
Custom registration pages, email reminders, screen sharing with up to 12 presenters, and up to 1000 attendees.
Not too shabby for a company dipping their toes into the webinar market for the first time.
AnyMeeting Webinars also include quick polls, Q&A, and built-in analytics.
It’s a shame they seem to have some connection issues and complaints about poor audio and video, but they’re on the right track.

WebinarsOnAir was a unique webinar platform created as an add-on to Google Meet (formerly Google Hangouts).
And I have to admit — it’s a pretty smart idea.
As you can see in my Google Meet review, the Big G’s video conferencing software is outstanding except for one glaring weakness:

- Want to flash your offer multiple times with a one-click CTA? No problem.
- How about ensuring 100% of your attendees visit your website after the webinar? Done.

WebinarsOnAir allows users to monetize the Google Meet platform and provides many useful marketing features.
Primarily aimed at larger Fortune 500 companies, ’s cloud-based platform can do almost anything webinar-related including live, simulated-live, evergreen, and on-demand presentations with a ton of customization.
It also boasts several engagement tools ranging from live chat, polls, surveys and Q&A, to webinar hosting bios and in-console resources.
But the biggest downside is the cost — ON24 is the only company on my list that doesn’t show any pricing on their website.
After digging around online, I did find some estimates on Quora for $2000 per webcast or anywhere from $10,000-$25,000 for large virtual events. Ouch.
To be fair, ON24 seems to have mostly positive reviews but at those price points, it’s definitely not a realistic solution for smaller entrepreneurs.
