The Ambassador of Malaysia to Islamic Republic of Iran, H.E. Mr. Mohamad Sadik Gany visited the Secretary General on 17th March 2010. In this meeting, the Secretary General gave the Ambassador the information on the activities of the organization and the challenges of the regional level. The Secretary General emphasized the cooperation between various regions on issues of common concern. Both sides also discussed the ways to expand the cooperation between ECO and ASIAN in which Malaysia is the member.
