The Ambassador of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the Islamic Republic of Iran, H.E. Mr. Javanshir Akhundov presented his credentials to the ECO Secretary General, H.E. Mr. Mohammed Yahya Maroofi at the ECO Secretariat on January 28, 2010. The Deputy Secretary General Amb. Taherian, the Deputy Secretary General Mr. Fatih Unlu and the Chef de Cabinet of the Secretary General were also present on the occasion.
