Output 1: DCCU is to be involved in 18 months pilot coordination and planning among the ECO Member States.
|
Activity 1.1: a) Organizing & debriefing session by UNDCP consultant to ECO Members. b) NPO & PA contracts started
Activity 1.2: ECO/DCCU is physically installed. Expendable & non-expendable equipment purchased.
Activity 1.3: ECO/DCCU is officially opened.
Activity 1.4: ECO Member States focal points appointed.
Activity 1.5: ECO Member States drug control information is submitted.
Activity 1.6: DCCU officers’ basic computer and internet training

Activity 1.10: Task Force Meetings conclusion formulated
Activity 1.11: ECO staff to visit ECO Member States.
Activity 1.12: Preparation of draft country profiles (Document 1) and consolidated report (Document 2)
Activity 1.13: Document 2 (country profiles) and 3 (consolidated report) forwarded to national focal points for their comments and appear at DCCU website.
