Output 1:

RESPONSIBILITY

                       

PMSs have to be filled and continuously up dated by the Project Officer backstopping the project. He/she should make sure all action taken under the project are duly recorded into the respective PMS. Whilst the task of up dating the PMS can be delegated to any other staff of the Office, its responsibility will remain with the appointed Project Officer unless the transfer of responsibility is officially endorsed by his/her supervisor.
