At the outset, allow me Excellency, to appreciate your important role and the achievements of the Economic Cooperation Organization.

We take pride that, under your leadership, the 17th Council of Ministers was held in Afghanistan and value the contribution that the Organization has made towards the Reconstruction of Afghanistan.

Afghanistan, in cooperation with the member states of ECO, is honored to take active part in the economic development of the region.

We highly appreciate the progress made by the Organization and renew our commitment and support for the achievement of its aims and objectives.
