Please accept my sincere congratulations on the occasion of the 15th anniversary of the expansion of the Economic Cooperation Organization.
I'm convinced that the Economic Cooperation Organization which gained the high priority in the world community will further be assisting the development of cooperation among ECO Member States in the spirit of friendship, mutual benefit and prosperity.
