It is a matter of
great pleasure to extend sincere felicitations to member states on the
15th Anniversary of ECO's expansion.
We commemorate this
Day to renew our commitment to the organization and its
objectives. ECO remains our best hope for pooling our collective
resources for the common benefit of our peoples. Cooperation in key
sectors and entry into force of ECO Trade Agreement has the potential to
transform ECO into an integrated market that in turn will give impetus
to economic growth.
I wish the ECO
Secretariat and the ECO community of nations every success in pursuit of
the shared vision of peace and prosperity for our region.
