I have great pleasure to convey my warmest felicitations to you and your honored colleagues on the occasion of the ECO Day, the 28 of November.

 

In fact this auspicious day reminding a positive turning point which closed the states and nations of the ECO region to each other. I am sure that under your wise leadership and guidance the ECO had good achievements such as; implementation of its aims, expansion of its relations with the other organizations and important International Institutions as well as for further globalization of Economy and removing of the existed challenges during the last year.

 

On behalf of myself and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, I give confidence to you and for the member states that, with the transferring of the periodical responsibility of chairmanship the ECO to Afghanistan, took place during the 17th COM in Herat of Afghanistan, we will pay more efforts for the full implementation of the ECO main goals and objectives.

 

At the end I hope your good health and your more successes in this regard.
