I have great pleasure to extend sincere felicitations to member states of the Economic Cooperation Organization on the 13^th ECO Day.

          Pakistan attaches high priority to ECO's objectives and ideals and has been actively involved in its programmes and projects. Our organization has made positive progress in diverse fields. The ECO Trade Agreement (ECOTA), the ECO Bank and, lately, the ECO Vision 2015 are important milestones on the road to closer economic cooperation We have to maintain this steady progress and, to that end, fully utilize the enormous potential of the ECO community.

          Pakistan wishes ECO complete success in achieving the noble objective of regional economic integration.
