          Please accept my sincere congratulations on the occasion of the 13^th anniversary of the Economic Cooperation Organization.

 
          Kyrgyz Republic pays great attention to the processes of regional development within the ECO framework from the position of effective utilization of the Organization's potential.

 
          I totally share your viewpoint expressed by you during the 15^th COM Meeting in Astana that all ECO Member States have to play important role in the Organization's activities.

 
          I assure you that Kyrgyzstan will make every effort for increase of effectiveness and further enhancement of regional cooperation within the framework of the Economic Cooperation Organization.
