          I have the pleasure to convey to you and all the Member States of Economic Cooperation Organization my warmest congratulations on the occasion of the 13^th Anniversary of the ECO Day.

          During the 15^th meeting of Council of Ministers, held in Astana, the "ECO Vision - 2015” was adopted as the basic document for further development of Organization. It shows that the Republic of Kazakhstan attaches a great importance to the cooperation within the ECO framework and reiterates its commitment to the goals and principles reflected in the basic documents of the ECO.
