Dear Mr. Secretary General,

            I congratulate you quite sincerely on the occasion of the Economic Cooperation Organization Day – 28 of November, and wish peace and stability to Economic Cooperation Organization region, happiness and prosperity to the nations of the Member States.

            We are interested in successful activity of this organization in future to benefit from the processes of regionalization and globalization. Azerbaijan is ready to make effort for expansion of cooperation in all fields in the framework of Economic Cooperation Organization. I believe that as a result of our mutual cooperation the welfare of our nations will increase, the stability and security of our states will strengthen.
